Kiwi Sorbet recipe
Ingredients:
4 kiwifruit, peeled and cubed.
¾ cup of sugar.
2/3 cup of fresh lemon juice.
½ cup of Midori melon liqueur.
2 tablespoons of light corn syrup.
½ cup of cold water.
Fresh raspberries, to garnish.
Preparation Instructions:
In a food processor bowl, combine the kiwifruit, sugar and fresh lemon juice. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Purée and add the Midori melon liqueur, corn syrup and water. Mix thoroughly.
Place in an ice cream freezer and freeze according to manufacturers directions.
Garnish with fresh raspberries.
