Kiwifruit Jam recipe

Ingredients:

3 cups of chopped kiwifruit.
1 packet of powdered pectin.
1 cup of unsweetened pineapple juice.
4 cups of sugar.

Preparation Instructions:

In a large saucepot, combine the chopped kiwifruit, powdered pectin and pineapple juice.

Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Add the sugar, stirring until fully dissolved.

Return to a rolling boil.

Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat, and skim off any foam if needle.

Ladle hot jam into hot jars, leaving ¼-inch room at the top.

Adjust two-piece caps.

Process for 10 minutes in a boiling water canner.
